For those left behind and seeking support out of a sense of powerlessness or isolation can be assured of counselling services that are both safe and accountable from counsellors who are members of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC).
The NZAC website www.nzac.org.nz can provide details of how to locate a counsellor. You can use the NZAC website's search function to find a counsellor in your area. All their listed members have appropriate professional training, qualifications and experience.
